Marcia Holland, CAE, has extensive background in leadership training with a specialty in implementing change within the corporate and political arenas. She is currently CEO of Outcomes Unlimited, a leadership and strategic planning consulting firm that focuses on helping associations and corporations identify and achieve key goals on behalf of their stakeholders.
She spent three and a half years as the Leadership Development Educator with the Franciscan Health System. In this role she facilitated the integration of all new managers, directors and vice presidents into the system through orientation and mentoring sessions and formal
organizational development education.
She served nine years as Executive Director of the award-winning Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to that leadership role, she served five years as Executive Director of the Washington Chiropractic Association and five years as lobbyist and parent involvement trainer for the Washington State Parents Teachers Association (PTA). In each of those positions, she facilitated the development of strategic plans that were used on a daily basis to achieve the mission and goals of these organizations. She was also instrumental in the writing and passage of major pieces of legislation affecting the industry of her organizations.
Her colleague association executives in Washington call upon her to train boards of directors, chapter, and committee leaders. She presents an array of training sessions in management styles, strategic planning, advocacy, chapter relations, and leadership.
She is Past President of the Washington Society of Association Executives.
